Chase Olle is the Founder of Robot on Rails. He guides the technical development of the RoR system with the goal of enabling rapid exploration of the chemical space and accelerating the speed of drug discovery.
Robot on Rails uses modern computer vision techniques combined with high-accuracy robotics in order to streamline laboratory automation process. These robots are capable of dynamic operational planning, so with limited programming experience a scientist can train a robot to run their experiments, which allows scientists to focus on what they do best “”science””. With a decade of experience in automotive, computer vision, and optical sensor design Chase is in a position to provide a unique perspective to the drug-discovery space.
