Dan is a robotics operations leader with deep experience building the data & deployment engines behind humanoid robotics, machine learning, and large-scale AI systems. At Uber, he is responsible for crafting solutioning with Uber AI Solutions’ partners to help derisk and deploy commercial robotics into the real world.

Previous, as Head of Data and founding member of Foundation Future Industries, he led end-to-end physical operations—from training data to field engineering—for customer site deployment of humanoid robotics. Before, he worked across Tesla Autopilot and Optimus on self-driving vehicle and humanoid robotics development. His focus, across his career, has been bridging the gap from labs to worksites to make autonomous systems productive, practical and safe for human labor applications.
