Jay M. Wong is the Founder & CEO of Luminous, a company that deploys robot fleets that help build energy infrastructure at scale to power AI data centers and decarbonization. He spent six years co-founding Southie Autonomy, an automation AI company that packaged millions of product for Fortune 50 brands. Previously, Wong was a robotics scientist at Draper and held visiting scientist roles at MIT and Harvard University, where he started the cloud robotics initiative and led engineering on their award-winning robot. Prior, he was at NASA and UMass Amherst, his alma mater, where he was named Bay State Fellow and two-time Outstanding Achievement awardee. Since 2007, he’s been involved with FIRST Robotics.
