An architect of What’s Next and champion of inclusive innovation, Parna Sarkar-Basu collaborates with executives of private and public companies to navigate inflection points — when technology disruption, positioning, perception and strategic clarity determine whether a company scales, stalls or exits. With a unique ability to spot untapped market opportunities globally, she has been instrumental in propelling dozens of technology and services companies into category leaders in highly competitive markets – spanning robotics and artificial intelligence (AI) to software-as-a-service (SaaS) and professional services.

As a trusted advisor, Parna partners with CEOs, founders, boards and leadership teams to assess gaps and design new initiatives to augment existing plans and advance business objectives — from go-to-market strategy and boosting program visibility to market expansion, fundraising and acquisition readiness. Parna has been instrumental in supporting five M&As, four fundraises and an IPO. Parna serves on the boards of health-tech and robotics startups, providing strategic oversight, governance and risk management guidance.
