Vivek Thankachan is Co-Founder and CEO of Zeus Robotics, a company developing Physical AI-based intelligent robots designed to automate mission-critical workflows in healthcare environments. As CEO, he leads the company’s vision, product strategy, and market execution, guiding the development of intelligent robotic systems built for complex healthcare environments. Vivek holds a Master’s degree in Robotics and Autonomy from Drexel University and previously served as a Research Fellow at IIIT Hyderabad, India, where his work centered on applied robotics and electric mobility innovation.
His expertise spans autonomous navigation, systems integration, and translating advanced robotics research into scalable, serviceable products. Zeus Robotics is part of the MassRobotics Healthcare Robotics Startup Catalyst 2026, working alongside industry mentors including Mitsubishi Electric and Yaxxoo. The company is also a member of the Fall 2025 cohort at The Company Lab, where it was selected as one of five high-growth startups. Vivek is focused on building reliable, scalable Physical AI systems that combine strong engineering foundations with sustainable business models to drive long-term automation adoption in regulated industries.
