Thank you for agreeing to speak at the upcoming Robotics Summit & Expo. Below you will find important information concerning your participation at the conference.

Speaker registration must be done through the speaker registration link below. Please note: The speaker registration link is a unique link so please do not share it.
You will receive a confirmation email once your registration is approved.

Information on hotel room blocks can be found HERE. A limited number of discounted hotel rooms are available so make sure to book your hotel by April 7th.

Details for the date and time of your presentation can be found HERE.
All sessions will be audio recorded. Audio recordings and presentations will be shared with full conference attendees on a password protected website as downloadable PDFs following the event.
We recommend that speakers arrive in plenty of time to pick up their conference badge at the registration desk and report to their session room 15 minutes before their presentation.
Business attire is recommended for all speakers.
Presentation Materials
Presentation material must be free of any specific product endorsements and must not contain any derogatory or otherwise disparaging reference about any specific product or company.
Please title your presentation with your first and last name. (i.e. Halle Sibly_Robotics Summit 2025)
We require all speakers to use the provided PowerPoint template which you can download below.
All presentations should be submitted via the link below by Friday, April 11, 2025.
Please also bring your PowerPoint presentation with you to the conference on a jump drive. It’s always good to have a back-up, just in case!
Session materials (PPTs and audio recordings) will be available to all full conference attendees on a password protected website post-event. PowerPoints will be available as downloadable PDFs. Permission to share your presentation and the audio recordings is given during registration.
All session rooms will have a projector, screen(s) and microphone(s).
All presentations must be presented from the A/V laptop that will be provided.
To avoid any potential technical errors, no personal laptops can be used during presentations.
