Alfons is a healthcare entrepreneur from Barcelona passionate about how new technologies can break the barriers to mobility and independence that people with disability face every day. He has been awarded Innovator Under 35 Europe by MIT Technology Review. Alfons holds a Master’s in Industrial Engineering (Biomedical major) from UPC and various entrepreneurship courses at the Business Schools of Cambridge Judge, EADA and ISDI. After a professional experience in the Medtech industry, in 2018 he co-founded ABLE Human Motion: a start-up that has created a new generation of robotic exoskeletons to walk again that are lighter and more accessible.
