Joost Nijhoff

Joost Nijhoff is Head of Investments at Odense Robotics, a robotics cluster that is home to more than 130 robotic and automation companies and more than 3,600 employees. Collaborative robots were invented in Odense, where pioneering companies are also driving development within mobile robots, logistics and food automation. Joost was a co-founder of the Odense Robotics cluster back in 2014 and has more than 20 years of experience working with digitial business models, cluster management and city branding. He is a sales and marketing leader, with in-depth knowledge of several European industries (robotics, health science, publishing, travel), wide international and inter-cultural experience, with focus on business development and public–private partnership. Joost holds a Diploma of Management & Leadership degree from UCL, Odense – Denmark.
