Matt Liba is the Senior Director of Programs for FLIR Unmanned Ground Systems, responsible for product visioning, capability development, lifecycle management, product cost, and product quality across all FLIR unmanned ground programs. Matt previously was product manager for the company’s FirstLook, PackBot and Kobra product lines and served as program manager on several major U.S. military procurements. Prior to joining FLIR, Matt was a program manager at BAE Systems Electronics Solutions sector, where he managed several threat warning and countermeasure production programs up to $40 million in scope. He holds a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from Cornell University and an M.B.A from Boston College. Matt also is a graduate of BAE System’s ‘Operations Leadership Development Program.’
