Peter Vicars

Peter Vicars is an experienced, successful senior executive who has served as CEO of seven public and private software and robotic technology companies over the past 25 years. At these companies he has built strong teams, both domestically and internationally, overseen successful product development, effective market entry and substantial revenue growth. Vicars currently holds the position of CEO at Ras Labs, a developer of smart material solutions for tactile sensors for robotics gripping and manipulation. Ras Labs’ Tactile Fingertip technology supports the gripping and grasping of soft, delicate or brittle objects like fragile glass or Pyrex tubes, or a slippery package of Pampers, or for putting the stem of a rose into a bouquet.
