No, hotel accommodations are not included in your event registration.
Our team will not reach out to organize any hotel accommodations.

All event registrations are subject to the following refund policy:

• Cancellations received more than 45 days prior to the event start date are eligible for a full refund, minus a $25.00 administrative fee.
• Cancellations received less than 45 days prior to the event start date are non-refundable.
• No refunds will be issued for no-shows or for tickets not used.
• Substitutions may be permitted prior to the event at no additional cost. Please email [email protected] for more information.
• In the event that Arrowfly must cancel or reschedule an event, registered attendees will be offered a full refund or credit toward a future Arrowfly event, at Arrowfly’s discretion.

No, we do not offer guest passes.

No. Meals are not included with your registration.  There are receptions and add-on’s (fees may apply) that include some snacks/meals.

Yes. To maintain a professional environment, all attendees must be 18 years of age or older. We are unable to accommodate children, including middle or high school students, at any of our sessions, exhibit halls, or networking functions.

Yes. If you require an official invitation letter to attend the Robotics Summit & Expo, you can request one using our online form. The letter will be automatically generated via DocuSign after you submit your information. Request an invitation letter, here.
