Pick up your badge on-site at the registration desk. Your confirmation email includes a barcode which can be scanned, or we can look you up by name.

Free Wi-Fi is accessible throughout the venue, at the Boston Convention and Expo Center.

Yes, with the purchase of a full conference or expo only pass, you are able to explore the co-located exhibit floor of the DeviceTalks Boston and the Advanced Automation Forum.

Business casual. To ensure comfort, consider layers to adjust for temperature changes in the meeting rooms.

Please see our refund policy listed here. If you purchased a full conference pass, you will have an opportunity to receive a partial refund.

If the event is cancelled, your conference pass can be deferred to a different Robotics event within the same calendar year.

No. Hotel accommodations are not included in the price of your ticket. However, we will have a small block of rooms available at a special rate for conference guests. You can check here for our hotel block rates.

No. Meals are not included with your registration. The exhibit hall will have concessions available to purchase food. There are receptions and add-on’s (fees may apply) that include some snacks/meals.

No. For insurance and safety reasons, we ask that anyone attending the show is at least 18 years of age.
