We have early bird specials and other admission options.

What should I do when I get to the event?

Pick up your badge on-site at the registration desk. Your confirmation email includes a barcode which can be scanned, or we can look you up by name.

Is there Wi-Fi available?

Free Wi-Fi is accessible throughout the venue, at the Boston Convention and Expo Center.

Does my ticket include admission to the co-located events?

Yes, with the purchase of a full conference or expo only pass, you are able to explore the co-located exhibit floor of the DeviceTalks Boston.

Are hotel accommodations included in registration?

No, hotel accommodations are not included in your event registration.
Our team will not reach out to organize any hotel accommodations.
Please check the travel page for information on our block rated option and other hotels local to the area. 

Where can I find information about hotels and Boston?

You can find all the information you need about coming to Boston in our travel tab in the menu bar at the top of the page.

What is the attire for the conference?

Business casual. To ensure comfort, consider layers to adjust for temperature changes in the meeting rooms.

What is the refund policy if I can no longer attend?

You can find our refund policy on the pricing page, here.
All event registrations are subject to the following refund policy:

  • Cancellations received more than 45 days prior to the event start date are eligible for a full refund, minus a $25.00 administrative fee.
  • Cancellations received less than 45 days prior to the event start date are non-refundable.
  • No refunds will be issued for no-shows or for tickets not used.
  • Substitutions may be permitted prior to the event at no additional cost. Please email events@wtwhmedia.com for more information.
  • In the event that WTWH must cancel or reschedule an event, registered attendees will be offered a full refund or credit toward a future WTWH event, at WTWH’s discretion.

Can I bring a guest?

No, we do not offer guest passes.
Anyone who would like to attend must register for the event, located here.

Are meals included with my registration?

No. Meals are not included with your registration. The exhibit hall will have concessions available to purchase food. There are receptions and add-on’s (fees may apply) that include some snacks/meals.

Is there an age limit for this event? Can I bring my child?

All attendees must be over the age of 18 due to insurance and contractual requirements.
There are no exceptions.
