Amado Antonini is the Director of Robot Perception at Symbotic, a leading company specializing in warehouse automation . In this role, he spearheads the development and implementation of state-of-the-art mobile robot perception technologies aimed at revolutionizing warehouse logistics. Leveraging his expertise in robotics engineering and machine vision, Amado leads initiatives to enhance the speed, flexibility, and efficiency of warehouse operations through advanced computer vision, machine learning, and state estimation techniques. Prior to joining Symbotic, Amado held positions at Open Space Labs, Draper Labs, and Zenuity. He is also the founder of AuTurn Inc., a startup dedicated to the development of an AI camera stand. Amado holds a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from MIT.
