Dr. Erin M. Linebarger is CEO & Co-founder of Robotics 88. Through prior positions as Robotics Research Scientist and UAS Business Development Lead at Neya Systems LLC, Civilian Scientist at the Naval Undersea Warfare Center Newport, and CEO/Co-founder of Ascend Autonomy Inc., she has sharpened skills in fielded robotics, autonomous UAS control, UAS interface design, grant writing, and customer acquisition. Her areas of expertise are robotic perception, localization, and decision-making. During her Ph.D. in Mathematics, her awards included the NSF Graduate Research Program Fellowship, the ONR Naval Research Enterprise Internship Program internship, and the Naval Undersea Research Program Fellowship. Her entrepreneurial training includes The Engine Blueprint, MIT SPARK, and now the MassRobotics accelerator.
