Rick leads a program focused on innovation in architecture, engineering and construction. He created the Autodesk Startups-in-Residence (STIR) program and is now also leading the Autodesk BUILD Space, a 34,000 sf industrial workshop and innovation studio in Boston’s Seaport Innovation District hosting in-residence project and research teams focused on automation in the building industry. An experienced, registered architect, Rick left practice in 2000 to join software startup Revit, acquired by Autodesk in 2002.He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Engineering Science from Dartmouth College and a Master’s degree in Architecture from Harvard University.
