Svorad Stolc is the Head of R&D at Photoneo. He is an expert in machine vision, artificial intelligence, and parallel computing. In 2001, he received his master’s degree from the Comenius University in Bratislava, Faculty of Mathematics, Physics, and Informatics. Afterward, he obtained his Ph.D. from the Slovak Academy of Sciences in Bratislava and the Technical University in Kosice. He worked for the AIT (Austrian Institute of Technology) in Vienna for several years. During this time, he published several internationally acclaimed scientific articles. At Photoneo, Svorad is responsible for the company’s research and development in the field of 3D sensors.
