William Sitch is the Chief Business Officer of Main Street Autonomy, a software company based in Pittsburgh that provides sensor calibration and localization/mapping solutions. Main Street Autonomy has commercially deployed thousands of robots in indoor and outdoor environments, both ground- and aerial-based, for applications including on-road L4 autonomy, offroad agriculture, indoor warehouse, drone and robot surveying, and freight yard logistics.
Sitch has 20 years of experience in various engineering and business leadership roles related to sensing, robotics, and autonomy. He has written and presented about autonomous mobile robots, L4 autonomy, last-mile delivery, various sensing modalities, sensor calibration, and localization and mapping applications.
